I've spent considerable time trying to backsolve Enigma A (In case it is needed for the current/any future puzzles) and am no closer to understanding it. Either from a crypto or a historical perspect...

Yeah "crypto" was a bad choice of terms.
I guess enigma (puzzle/mystery) is the better term.

Don't forget Frank Lloyd Wright. Some of his buildings were quite avant garde for their day.
